Alex Eugene Niblett Jr. of Warrior, Alabama passed away on Monday August 26th, 2024.

Alex was a lifelong musician, having played the drums and various percussion instruments from a young age. He enjoyed cars, having owned, modified, and raced many project cars throughout his life. In work he was a skilled software developer, having worked on critical projects for Regions Bank, El Paso Natural Gas, and the United States Department of the Army. He was a lifelong fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.

Most of all, Alex was a loving father, grandfather, husband, son, and friend.

He will be dearly missed.

His wife, Sheila Niblett, of Warrior, Alabama.

His father and stepmother, Alex Niblett Sr. and Judy Niblett, of Trafford, Alabama.

His brother, Michael Niblett, of Trafford, Alabama.

His son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Alixandria Niblett, of Madison, Alabama.

His sons, Connor and Sean Niblett, of Warrior, Alabama.

His grandchildren, Ava and River Niblett, of Madison, Alabama.

His mother, Sandra Niblett, of Trafford, Alabama.

His paternal grandfather, Robert E. Niblett Sr., of Trafford, Alabama.

His paternal grandmother, Ruth Niblett, of Trafford, Alabama.

His maternal grandfather, Hershel Earley, of Trafford, Alabama.

His maternal grandmother, Trilby Earley, of Trafford, Alabama.

Visitation for Alex will be held at Messmer-Goodwin Funeral home in Warrior, Alabama at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 31st.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm.

Alex will be laid to rest privately at Sulphur Springs Cemetery in Hayden, Alabama.
