Obituary

Anna Rose (White) Underwood, 79, passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her loving family on Friday, May 17, 2019.

Born in Warrior, AL, Anna was a light to anyone who met her. She had a heart for people - for all living things - and did her best to bring joy to anyone who crossed her path. She had a zest for life and freely offered that love of life to others. She was, and still is, a blessing to all who knew her. She will be very missed.

She is preceded by her parents, Audrey M. And Paul W. White, and her brother, Raymond Clark White.
She is survived by her children; Kyle Dwain Underwood, William Keith Underwood (spouse: Pamela Underwood), and Kimberly Rose Grace (spouse: R. Andrew Grace)
Her grandchildren; Stephanie M. Creel (spouse: Blake Creel), Jennifer R. Underwood, W. Andrew Underwood (spouse: Briana Underwood), John David Underwood, Harley K. Grace, and Abigail H. Grace; great grandchildren: John Tyler Creel, Deacon Creel, Emmie Creel, and Houston Underwood; brother Charles White; and numerous other friends and family

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home from 2:00pm to 4:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 4:00pm.  Burial will be at Warrior Cemetery.  A reception for friends and family will be given at Westside Community Church, also in Warrior.
