Ralph William "Bill" Bowers, of Hayden, Ala. passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the age of 82. Bill was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather, lifelong member of Hayden Methodist Church, University of Alabama alumnus, veteran of the United States Air Force National Guard, and huge fan of Alabama football, NASCAR, and dirt track racing. He retired from Republic Steel after 30+ years of employment.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William Manti and Sara Nell Bowers; and granddaughter, Allie Rose Alderson.

He is survived by his children, Jamie Bowers and Kim Alderson; grandson, Brayden Bowers; and great-grandsons, Samuel Knox and Able Cade Gibbs.
