Billy Jean Atchley went to be with the Lord on July 22, 2020 at the age of 80. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Annette Atchley; one daughter, Mona Tucker (Keith); son-in-law, Todd Baldwin; seven grandchildren, Tiffany Owen, Andrea Estes, Kim Becerra, Cody Tucker, Andrew Baldwin, James Taylor Day, and Summer Powrzanas; seven great grandchildren, Jenna Owen, Savannah Owen, Brodie Owen, Landon Estes, Carson Estes, Brock Baldwin, and Gezelle Baldwin; two brothers, Donny Wayne Atchley (Nancy) and Bobby Atchley (Barbara); and a host of nieces, nephews, and other wonderful family and friends. Billy was preceded in death by his two daughters, Connie Baldwin and Norma Jean Atchley; his two great grandchildren, Hunter James Owen and Annie Kate Tucker; his parents, R. B. and Ruby Atchley; two brothers, Joe Atchley (Linda) and Tom Atchley (Max); and two sisters, Linda Hill and Susan Atchley. Special thanks to one of the wonderful nieces in his life who helped with his care, Wendy Ingram. He was loved by so many and a wonderful friend to all and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Sunday, July 26, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Pine Bluff Cemetery in Locust Fork.
