Brenda Darlene Pettus of Mobile, Alabama, formally of Mt. Olive, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020. Brenda was born in Birmingham, Alabama, on October 26, 1949. She was a retired ER Nurse of 33 years. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Beverly Jo Elkins. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Charles Pettus; son, Charles T. Pettus; daughter-in-law, Sha; brother, Gary Elkins; and sister-in-law, Anita. A private graveside service will be held for Brenda.
