Carl Ray McNespey, age 75, of Tuscumbia, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021. He was a loving father and companion, and loved animals. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Carl McNespey; brother, Alvin Charles; sister, Lela Mae Little; and brothers-in-law, Jerry Thacker and Billy Little. He is survived by his mother, Billie Ruth McNespey; son, Carl Ray McNespey; companion, Joyce Miller; brother, Cecil McNespey; sisters, Charlotte (Charles) Wright, Donna (Dewey) Dunkin, Ethel McNespey, and Felicia Thacker; as well as a host of nieces and nephews, and one great-nephew. A visitation for Carl will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Monday, April 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Forest Crest Cemetery the same day, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
