Carl Mulvehill went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 6, 2020 at age 90. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Dorothy Mulvehill; two sons, Gerald Mulvehill (Karen) and Jeffrey Mulvehill (Mei Hua); four grandchildren, Kristen Kennedy (David), Nathan Mulvehill (Kaydee), Trent Mulvehill (Geena), and Heather Dorman (Timothy); four great grandchildren, Riata Mulvehill, Wren Mulvehill, Casey Mulvehill and Owen Mulvehill; one sister, Willodean Moore; and other extended family. Mr. Mulvehill was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Ruby Mulvehill and one brother, Wayne Mulvehill. He retired from Jefferson County Department of Roads and Transportation. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He loved his family, his church and most of all his Lord. Visitation will be Sunday, November 8, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home with the funeral to follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery.
