Cathy Sue Jolly, age 69, of Warrior, Alabama went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 25, 2024. Cathy graduated from Warrior High School in Warrior, Alabama, class of 1972. She was a member of Love's Crossing Church of God in Trafford. For 20 years, Cathy worked for the City of Warrior.

Cathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was married to the love of her life, Ricky, for 48 years. Cathy was a proud mother and grandmother who loved to travel and sightsee. Her favorite place to go was the beach.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Edward and Betty Jean McAlpine; and her sister, Judy Ann McAlpine.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ricky Thomas Jolly, of Warrior; her son, Keith (Jamie) Jolly, of Hayden; grandchildren, Makayla Jolly and Walker Jolly of Hayden; sisters, Mary (Jim) McAlpine McCain, of Hoover and Vicki Lynne Winnett of Trafford; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Cathy will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Cathy will be held at Love's Crossing Church of God on Wednesday, May 29, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Warrior Cemetery.
