In loving memory of David Roy Glass, age 55, of Warrior, who passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2023. David...a devoted husband, cherished son, beloved brother, proud grandfather, and cherished uncle and friend. He was a man of deep love, especially for his wife, grandchildren, and mother. A passionate supporter of Alabama football, he found joy in the camaraderie of sports. To his nieces and nephews, he was a patient teacher, guiding them as they learned to drive. To his grandchildren, he was a hero, to his wife, a devoted king, and to his mother, an enduring hero. David also had a fondness for Pasquale's pizza, savoring moments with family and friends around a table filled with the joy of good company and delicious slices. His appreciation for life's simple pleasures, like a shared pizza, added a special flavor to the memories he leaves behind. May his love for the little joys resonate in our hearts as we remember him with warmth and affection.

David will be remembered for his unwavering love and dedication to his family, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, love, and cherished memories. May he rest in eternal peace.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Glass. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Patty Cason Glass; daughter, Beth Patillo; sons, Stephen, Cody, and Hunter Patillo; grandchildren, Haley Pike, Hannah Pike; Logan Patillo; loving mother, Sister Donnie Glass; brother, Randy Glass; sisters, Pattye Purcell, Crystal Gilliland; a host of friends and family.

The funeral service for Mr. Glass will be held at Warrior Independent Church of God Saturday, December 30 at 2:00. Visitation will begin 2 hours prior to the service. Interment will be at Liberty Minter Cemetery in Morris.
