David Kilgore, age 63, of Warrior, Alabama, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021.

David was a loving father, grandfather and brother, whose absence will be keenly felt by all those who knew him. David was a member of Boilermakers Local 108.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Scott Kilgore, his father, Thomas Kilgore, his mother Isabell Kilgore, siblings, Francis Wilson,  Paul Kilgore, Johnny Kilgore,  Kenneth Kilgore, and Eva Ogletree, father in law, Jimmy Scott, brothers in law, Brad Moore Sr, Billy Johnson and Sam Ogletree, and sister in law, Peggy Kilgore. He is survived by his son, Michael Kilgore (Brandy) and daughter, Jessica Kilgore (Kipp Carlisle), grandchildren, Jacob, Lauren, Joel and Leah Kilgore, siblings, Peggy Foster (Roger), Carolyn Moore,  Merle Marsh (Mack), Janice Wolfe (Steve), Bettie McBrayer (Kenneth), Joyce Johnson, and Linda Blackmon (Andy), mother in law, Ruby Scott, brothers in law, Donny Wilson and Greg Scott, sisters in law, Diane Scott and Edna Sloan and numerous nephews  and nieces.

A memorial service will be held at Rickwood Carvens State Park Wednesday October 6, 2021 at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you make contributions to the Alabama Food Bank Association/Community Food Bank of Central Alabama.
