Mr. Dean Turley, age 85, of Warrior, Alabama, entered his eternal rest on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Dean loved a good golf game, spending quality time on a lush, green course. He was an avid Alabama football fan. He retired from Griffin Wheel Company after twenty-plus years in the train wheel manufacturing industry. Most of his career years were spent in Keokuk, Iowa, before returning to his native home state of Alabama. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lena Turley; sister, Francis Parsons. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Turley; sons, Russell Turley (June), Mark Turley; stepdaughter, Barbi Judd; step-son, Lance Judd; great-grandson, Olyver Kite; brothers, Gordon Turley, Frank Turley (Saundra), Wayne Turley (Kim), Aaron Turley, Nathan Turley (Susan); sisters, Marlane Brock (Donald), Ann Hays (Danny), Louise Johnson (Jacky); and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A visitation will be held in the chapel from 2:00-3:00 p.m.  on Friday, January 14, 2022. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Gardendale, Alabama.
