Donald Wayne Morgan, age 76, of Pinson, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Una Elvertis and Frances Catherine (Wilson) Morgan; siblings, Edgar, Shirley, Eugene, Mary, Junior, and Danny Morgan, and Linda Nelson; and nieces, Rita Cox and Robbie Morgan. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Petry (Gary), as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donald Wayne was a part of a large family, and was loved by them. Donald loved flea markets, yard sales, collecting coins and other treasures. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

We want to thank Diversicare (Lisa) of Oneonta, for their love and compassion for "Pop" and Compassus Hospice for their care providers. A special thank you to Greg Underwood for his friendship, love and understanding. He was a blessing for Pop.

A visitation will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Saturday, November 30, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at noon. Interment to follow at Hays Cemetery in Hayden.
