Doris McAnnally Adams passed from Earth to Heaven on Saturday, September 28, 2019. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, John; parents, Clarence and Lela McAnnally and her sister, Sarah Masters. She is survived by her brothers and sisters Wilma (Burt, deceased) Upshaw, Ann (Phil Niblett, deceased) Stone, Roger (Rita) McAnnally, and Charles (Inda) McAnnally. She was a loving mom to her daughters Cathy (Tom) Warren, Karen Buckner, and stepson Scott (Lori) Adams, and a marvelous Memaw to her grandchildren Beau (Sheri) Powers, Beth Warren, Amy (Carl) Joseph, Daniel Warren, Dalton Meek, Sarah Warren, and Jacob Adams, and to her great-grandchildren Silas, Cheyene, and Rebecca. Services will be held on Friday, October 4th, at Messmer-Goodwin Funeral Home in Warrior, AL. Visitation and viewing are available from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, and the service begins at 3:00pm with Pastor Caleb Jeff officiating.
