Mrs. Doris Loggins, age 81 of Warrior, Alabama, passed away peacefully at St. Vincent's Hospital Sunday, November 19, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 7, 1942 to Arlie and Lucille Abel. On August 11, 1962 she married the love of her life, Jerome. They were marred 61 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arlie and Lucille Abel; daughter, Donna Koreen; and brother, James Abel. She is survived by her loving husband, Jerome; daughter Kayreen (Chris) Crawford of Minneola, FL; granddaughter, Jaimie Crawford of Mt. Dora, FL and Megan Crawford of Naples, FL; sister, Dorothy (Larry) Wilson of Mt. Olive, AL; sister-in-law, Gennie Abel of Warrior, AL.

The funeral will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home Friday, November 24 at 12:00 p.m. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.in the chapel before the service begins. Interment will be at Liberty Minter Cemetery in Morris, AL.
