SANDLIN, DOTTIE LOU HAYES
Age 87, of Hayden, Alabama, went home to be with The Lord on Friday, December 4, 2020. Her visitation and funeral service will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, December 7, 2020: Visitation 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM and funeral service at 1:30 PM. A short committal service and burial will follow at Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Bro. Howard Wolfe Jr. and Bro. Jeff Helton officiating. Mrs. Sandlin was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton E. Hayes and Roma Best Hayes; and her husband, Thomas Harold Sandlin. She is survived by her daughters and son: Patsy Sandlin (Joe) Medlock, Dale (Debbie) Sandlin, Anita Sandlin (W.D. "Bubba") Glover; grandsons: Heath Sandlin, Shawn Sandlin (Katie), Matthew Glover (Meagan), Jonathan Sandlin (Alis); step-grandson:Preston (Kimberly) Medlock; great-grandchildren: Jessie Sandlin, Ethan Sandlin, Eleanor Sandlin, Jensen Glover, Logan Sandlin, and Landon Sandlin; step-great-grandchildren: Zach Medlock (Calley), Bree High (Buddy), and Wes Medlock; step-great-great-grandchildren: Remington Medlock and Jaxtyn High; and a host of extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request that donations be made to an Alzheimer/Dementia organization or Mt. View Baptist Church.
