Frank Foster, 48, of Warrior, Alabama, passed from this life June 16, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Doug Melvin Foster. He is survived by his wife, Angela Foster; mother, Linda (Terry) Bell; son, Caleb (Ashley) Foster; sisters, Teresa (Rodney) Looney, and Angie (Brett) Robbins; nephews, Josh and John Looney, Jonnie Licklider; a host of wonderful family and friends; his faithful and beloved German shepherd, Emma. Frank served twenty-six years with the Birmingham Police Department. He was well thought of by everyone and respected by his fellow officers. Frank will be remembered as a wonderful man, one who was always willing to help others or lend a hand when needed. Being a true family man, he loved his wife and son. He enjoyed cooking and grilling, camping, and target shooting at the gun range. He was a huge Alabama fan, and was obsessed with Nascar. Dale Earnhart, Jr., (until retirement), and Kevin Harvick were his favorite drivers. Frank will truly be missed by everyone who was blessed to know him. A memorial service in Frank's honor wll be held in the chapel Saturday, June 26, 2021, from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
