Our precious Gina Michelle Yeager of Lake View, Alabama entered into eternal life on Wednesday evening, April 22, 2020 at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. She is survived by her mother, Alice Carolyn Robertson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, sister Candace Yeager, daughter Amanda Danielle Yeager, son Boston Donovan Yeager and grandson Izaiah Luke Yeager all of Birmingham, Alabama as well as grandson Dalton Louis Smith of Arlington, Texas.

Gina is preceded in death by her father, retired Army SergeantFirst Class Michael Dan Yeager of Gardendale, Alabama, paternal grandparents William Amos and Wilma DaphineYeager of Bibb County, Alabama and maternal grandparents Marshall Amos and Alice Vaudine Robertson of Birmingham, Alabama.

She was born January 20, 1972 in Birmingham, Alabama to parents Michael Dan and Alice Carolyn Yeager. Gina was amember of The Covenant Family Fellowship Presbyterian Church, Bessemer, Alabama. Her successful career as an award-winning Sales Representative at Nohab Business Products, Hoover, Alabama was unfortunately cut short due to worsening of her lifelong battle with a debilitating medical condition. Gina persevered. She was the "best mom" to daughter Amanda and son Boston and the beloved "Neanie" of grandsons Izaiah and Dalton. She loved traveling with her son Boston when she was well enough and was a devoted pet mom to Bilbo, Princess, Jazzy and Reesey. She deeply loved her family and friends, including her doctors and nurses. Gina consistently chose to focus on life's blessings and on being a blessing to others. Shehad a winning smile, the spiritual gift of giving, and was dearly loved.

Due to the current restrictions on large gatherings because of the coronavirus pandemic, a private graveside funeral service is scheduled at Morris Cemetery on Tuesday, April 28, 11:00 AM. The family has chosen to also honor the memory of Gina's beloved father, Michael Dan Yeager, May 14, 1944 – May 7, 2019, at this time by placing his cremains alongside Gina.
