Glyn Everett Mitchell born in Lineville, Alabama passed away surrounded by loved ones on February 9, 2023, at the age of 73. Glyn was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved fishing, hunting, working with his hands, helping others, and making fudge for his family.

Glyn is survived by his children: Kristie Vandergriff, Angela Mitchell, and Loretta (Philip)Fritts; and his grandchildren: Julie Vandergriff and Glyn Vandergriff. Glyn is preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years Barbara and his parents Arthur and Ella
Mitchell.
