James Edward Bryant, age 86, of Gardendale, AL, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim Lincoln Bryant and Jessie Irene Battles Bryant; and wife, Mary Ella Holmes Bryant, and brother Raymond Buddy Bryant. He is survived by his brothers, Clarence, William  ; and sisters, Glenda Pollard, Vester Isbell and Peggy Wallace. He had twelve nieces and nephews, and a whole bunch of great-nieces and great-nephews. A graveside service will be held for Mr. Bryant at Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.
