James "Pee Wee" Terrell Mann of Warrior, Ala. passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the age of 84. He married the love of his life, Linda Sue Williams in 1963. they were married for 63 years.

James graduated from Warrior High School in 1959. He worked in the mapping and appraisal business his whole life.

James loved playing softball and baseball. he also enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting and smoking a good cigars.

But most of all he loved his family and friends.

James was preceded in death by his, parents; Howard Mann & Lucy Jean (Suggs) Mann, sister, Mary Jo Thomas.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Linda Mann, children; Terry (Sandy) Mann, Sheila (Don) Chappell, Sonya (Todd) Barwick, grandchildren; John Terrell Mann, Jake (Rebecca) Mann, Josh (Emily) Mann, Brooke Chappell, Katelyn Chappell, Carson Chappell, Cori Barwick, Alli Barwick, great grandchildren; Oliver Mann and Liam Mann, brother, Jerry (Diane) Suggs. And a host extended family and friends who will miss him greatly.

A visitation for James will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 4, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Stewart's Chapel Cemetery.
