James Marske, of Hayden, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020. James is a loving husband, a caring father, and dedicated PawPaw. He spent his time doing what he loved, with those he loved. James loved cutting his hay, fixing whatever he could, and traveling with his family camping in their R.V. James had three passions in his life.. to love his wife and children, to teach and mentor all who would learn, and greatest of all, his love for Jesus. His tree produced many good fruits, and he is now walking on the streets of Glory. James was preceded in death by his parents, Christine and Latham Jackson, and Norma and Charles Lane. He is survived by his wife, Janice Marske; son, Jason Marske; grandsons, Chris Webb, Blayne Marske and Levi Marske; and granddaughters, Brooke Marske and Asher Marske. A visitation for James will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Saturday, August 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
