Jerry Wayne Walker, age 79, of Warrior, AL passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022. Jerry was a gentle giant, whose soft-spokenness and patient demeanor earned him the respect and love of those who worked with him, worshipped with him, and knew him. He will be greatly missed by many, and this world is the lesser without him. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Geraldine Walker; and daughter, Jaime Lynn Walker. He is survived by his wife, Judi Lynn Walker; son, Jeremy (Lauren) Walker; grandchildren, Laurelyn, Julia and Jeremiah Walker; siblings, Bill (Peggy) Walker and Suzzon (John) Hauth; as well as many nieces, nephews, and a host of other beloved relatives. A graveside service for Jerry will be held at Stewart's Chapel United Methodist Cemetery on Wednesday, June 22, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
