Jessie "Lil Jesse" Edward Skinner passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Jessie was a goofball,and a friend to everyone he met. He had a generous heart and would give anything he had to you if he knew you needed it. He was a people person, always the best version of himself when around others. Full of positive energy, he was always spreading it everywhere he went. He loved writing music and poems. He also loved tattooing. He enjoyed anything that involved being with others. He was selfless, loving, radiated warmth, and was the laughter heard at every get together. He will be so greatly missed by all who knew and love him.
