Mary Joan Hill, of Warrior, Alabama, passed away on October 4, 2019. Joan was preceded in death by her husband Billy Hill, her parents Johnny & Francine Simmons, her sisters Doris Smothers and Linda Armstrong. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Johnson; granddaughters, Jessica Johnson and Chasidy Mayes; and great grandson, Jaxson Mayes.

Visitation for Joan will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 6, 2019, with funeral services to start at 3:00 PM at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Cane Creek Cemetery.
