John Gregory Greathouse of Warrior AL passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020. Greg was a retired professional painter. He loved spending time with all his family. His wife of 38 years, his girls and his grandkids were his whole world. He loved his dog Skipper and little puppy. Playing candy crush with the dogs in his lap was one of his favorite things. He was loved by so many and such a joy and treasure. He will be missed so much.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents Laudy and Clara Greathouse. He is survived by his loving wife, Shelia Greathouse; daughters, Elizabeth Greathouse (Allen Franklin), Mallory Brady (Tyler), and Heather Greathouse; granddaughter Kaylee Franklin,; grandson Kollin Franklin; brothers, Jimmy Greathouse, and Terry Greathouse; and sister Carolyn Puckett.

There will be a memorial service for Greg on Sunday Dec. 13, 2020 at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
