Johnny Edward Holt, age 79, of Ashville, AL, passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. He was always a part of Pinedale Fire Dept. and served on the board for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Howell Holt and Willodean Dockery Holt; wife, Patricia C. Holt; and granddaughter, Patricia N. Perkins. He is survived by his sons, Johnny E. Holt (Connie) and Anthony W. Holt; daughters, Tabatha L. Holt and Willodean H. Perkins (Mike); grandsons, Jamie Holt (Melissa), Austin Whisenhunt (Lauren), Jacob Holt, and Payten Perkins; granddaughters, Courtney Hanson (Dexter), Brittany Looney (Kyle), Paige Perkins, and Patience Perkins; and great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Holt, Rylan Holt, Jaxon Hanson, Maci Hanson, Brylee Holt, and Cooper Whisenhunt. A graveside service will be held for Mr. Holt at Mt. Zion Cemetery on Saturday, April 3, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
