Julie Sutter, age 60, passed away on February 6, 2020. She graduated from Vestavia High School. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Julie worked as a nurse for over 30 years. She was an avid Auburn fan and loved the outdoors. Julie is preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Nora Hughes; and sister, Emily Glaze. She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Sutter; son, Brennen Sutter; granddaughter, Sadie Robertson; sister, Amy Stival; boyfriend, Rodney Troulia; and her pet, Punk. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home in Warrior. Visitation from 11:00-12:00, with service to follow at 12:00.
