Frances Belcher, age 87, of Gardendale, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020. She was married to Wilburn Nelson Belcher for more than 40 years, before he preceded her in death in 1990. She was one of ten siblings. Frances had four sons, Stephen Belcher (Debi), Derek Belcher (Karen), Kenneth Belcher (Debra), and Vance Belcher (Tonya); 10 grandchildren, Jason Belcher (Dana), Kari Spears (Clint), Jeff Belcher (Kelly), Stephanie Belcher, Shannon Gardner (Tim), Candace Marsh (Jimmy), Rebecca Austin (David), Abby Belcher, Grace Gardner, and Reese Gardner; and 17 great-grandchildren, Mena, Drew, Caleb, Hutton, Kardyn, Josie, Judah, Jana-Klaire, Shiloh, Amos, De'Jah, Paisley, Katie, Natalie, Carlin, Cora, and Haley.

A private graveside service will be held for Mrs. Belcher.
