Marilyn H. Cole, age 73, of Quinton, AL passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Glenn and Ernestine Hays; and siblings, Jean Blalock, Kenneth Hays and Pete Hayes. She is survived by her husband, Mike Cole; sons, Kerry (Tonya) Wright, Stephen Wright, and Brandon (Jason) Wright; daughter, Amanda (Jenna) Wright; sisters, Linda Brown and Lisa Peoples; brothers, Ralph Hayes, Roland (Donna Kay) Hays, and Ronald (Linda) Hays; sister-in-law, Joan Hayes; and first husband, Garland Wright; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation for Mrs. Cole will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Saturday, July 2, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., with funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Bro. Kenny Wiggins to officiate. Interment to follow at Watts Union Cemetery in Warrior.
