Mr. Mark Allen Perrymon, age 65 of Warrior, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Ann Perrymon; brother, Bart Perrymon. He is survived by his sons, Bart Perrymon (Virginia Vaughn), Josh (Tamika) Perrymon; sister, JoAnn (Donny) Holley; cousin, Wade (Katrina) Creel.

Always known for being a hard worker and dedicated employee, Mark was also known as being very diversified with his skills and good with his hands. From fixing automobiles to wood-working and construction, he knew something about many crafts. He worked many years for Masonry Arts and was actually awarded as the most diversified skilled employee, an award for which he was quite proud to earn among so many skilled craftspeople he worked alongside.

Mark was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed nature. His hobbies included both hunting and fishing. He could be found in the woods on a crisp Alabama autumn day hunting a big buck, or wetting a hook at his favorite "fishing hole" in warmer weather.

Everyone that truly knew and loved Mark realized he was an uncommonly kind person, a man of his word, genuine and true. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but always remembered.

A visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home Tuesday, December 26, 2023. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Interment will be at Cane Creek Cemetery in Warrior.
