Mary Frances Sebring Mathis, 81, died peacefully in her home Saturday March 23, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Mathis; son's David Mathis and Billy Mathis; her parents, Dave and Kitty Sebring; and brother, Jim Sebring.

She is survived by her daughter's, Katherine (Terry) Hartman of Dayton, TN; Mandy Mathis; son's Bo (Mary) Mathis and Ben Mathis; grandson's Max Mathis and Chris Mathis; granddaughter's Chrystal Lowe all of Warrior, AL and Kristy (Isaac) Sims and Addisyn Mathis; 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She also left behind, 3 dogs - Daisy, Gunner, and Fancy and 4 cats - Loki, Ziva, Echo and Radar who brought her much comfort, joy and love.

In lieu of flowers, friends wishing to honor Frances are invited to make a donation in her name to either the Animal Adoption Center of Blount County located in Cleveland, Alabama OR St Jude Children's Hospital.

Visitation with her family will be at Messmer Goodwin on Friday, March 29th from 5-7 pm.
