Mary Elizabeth McCurry, age 58, of Warrior, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Clara McCurry; sister, Pauline McCurry; brothers, Danny, Allen, Jackie, Ralph and Marshall McCurry; and grandson, Deral Slatton. She is survived by her husband, Frankie Young; stepmother, Marie Bell; daughter, Michel McCurry; sister, Robbie (Bobby) Bertram; grandsons, Alex and Hoyt McCurry; as well as several nieces and nephews. A visitation for Mrs. McCurry will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Sunday, December 6, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Elvester Cemetery.
