Sue Myrick went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 5, 2020 at age 87. She is survived by three children, Debbie Sandlin (Dale), Kathy Petty (Chuck), and Michael Myrick (Kathryn); six grandchildren, Heath Sandlin, Chad Petty, Kilah Petty, Shawn Sandlin, Zack Petty, and Jonathan Sandlin; seven great grandchildren, Jessie, Kaley, Ethan, Eleanor, Nathan, Logan, and Landon; one brother-in-law, Bobby Wayne Mann; special friend, Charlotte Currier; and many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. Sue was preceded in death by her husband, General H. Myrick; her parents, Harmon & Ola Davidson; and eight siblings. She was a member at Hayden Methodist Church where she served in many capacities. Sue was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed by her family. Visitation will be Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Graves Gap Cemetery.
