Ralph O'Neal Loggins went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at age 73. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 51 years, Cecilia Loggins; two daughters, Cathy McCay (Rick) and Kristi Spruell (Maylon); six grandchildren, Samantha Carr (Coy), Morgan Alexander (Lathan), Matthew McCay, Meghan McCay, Bodie Holdbrooks, and Kindal Holdbrooks; five great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Grace, Emma, Keegan, and Tripp; mother, Jemima Loggins; one sister, Pat Head (Tommy); five brothers, Alan Loggins, Terry Loggins, Tony Loggins, Darryl Loggins, and Wayne Loggins (Shannon); and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Neal was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Loggins and one sister, Linda James. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Altec Industries after many years of service. Neal was a member of Hayden Church of God. He was loved by everyone that met him and was a friend to all. Visitation will be Monday, June 29, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery, Locust Fork, AL.
