Our mom, Rebecca J. Guthrie (Bromley), entered Heaven on the evening of March 12, 2025.

She is survived by her two sons, Jeromy (Jessica) and Stephen (Jaime) Guthrie; her sister, Sheila McCombs; five amazing grandkids: Reagan, Eli, G.C., Virginia and Bennett Guthrie; as well as many friends, nieces and nephews.

We would like to have you join us on Monday, March 17, 2025 for a time to gather and celebrate her life at CrossRoads Baptist Church (801 AL-160 Warrior, AL 35180). We will have a time to connect with each other at 10:00 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 a.m. We want to worship God because of how she touched us.

We are very blessed to have a mother who set such a wonderful example of using her gifts of humility, service, teaching, encouragement and prayer to help others believe and grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. She was a grace giver as many of you know.

We know that we will see her again soon, but as we say goodbye to her for now, our hearts are full of joy because of the reunion she is having with our father, her parents and many other friends and relatives.
