Roger A. Morris, 73, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2019.

Roger served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and retired from ABC Coke after a dedicated 40 years of working.  He was also the scout leader for Troop #283 in the Morris area.

He is preceded by his parents, John and Maytle Morris, and two sons, Michael Shane Morris and Anthony Howard Morris.

Roger is survived by his wife, Marrion Morris, son, Daniel (Stephanie) Morris, brother, John (Pauline) Morris, sister, Mary Jewel (Dickie) Nail; 2 granddaughters, Isabelle Morris and Arisa (Steven) Hughes, one great granddaughter, Arya Hughes and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

There will be a private family burial, but friends and family are welcome to attend a reception at the Calvary Baptist Church in Warrior at 11:30am on Wednesday, July 24, 2019.

In lieu of flowers, family would like donations to be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
