Sarah G. Clayton, 71 passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loving family.

She is preceded by her husband, John Robert Clayton; son, John Christopher Clayton and sister Catherine Clayton.

Sarah is survived by her son, Samuel Glynn (Meghan) Clayton; grandchildren, Kristian Hope Walker, Johnathon Michael Clayton, Samuel Justin Clayton and Kevin Matthew Clayton; great grandchildren, Kynleigh and Olivia Clayton, Ava and Sawyer Clayton, Ashton and Bentley Taylor, Christian Walker and Lane and Adalynn Clayton; brother Robert Lynn Abel and daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Clayton.

A visitation will be on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm with a service to start at 1:00pm at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home.  Burial will be at Nectar Cemetery with Reverend David Allison to officiate.
