Sharon Melcher, age 61, of Warrior, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019. She was a very special person to everyone in her family and to her friends. She will truly be missed. She has touched the lives of many people without even knowing it! She will be missed, but we are all thankful she will be in no more pain or sorrow. She is preceded in death by her husband, Christopher "Curtis" Melcher; step-son, Michael Curtis Melcher; and mother, Sarah Lou Keeton. She is survived by her father, Simeon Isuam Keeton; sister, Rita Gail Hyche; brothers, Darrell Edward (Tammy) and Randy Dwight (Leah) Keeton; daughter, Amanda La-Fay Shook; son, Daniel Adam Melcher; step-daughters, Amy Delores Stevens and Stacy Renee Chambers; step-sons, Johnathon Allen Melcher and Christopher Curtis Melcher II; grandchildren, Cody Wayne Crowe, Jacob Tanner Shook and Sarah Mackenzie Shook; 11 step-grandchildren, 16 nieces and nephews, and 21 great nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Sharon will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Friday, November 1, from 6:00pm- 7:00pm, with funeral service beginning at 7:00pm. Bro. Brade Echols to officiate.
