Shirley Price, 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 16, 2019.

Shirley is preceded by her husband, Jimmy Price, parents and 8 siblings.

She is survived by her sons, Randy (April) Price and Jeff (Karen) Price; grandchildren, Joshua (Lisa) Price, Jeremiah (Elizabeth) Price, Heather (Kevin) King, Jeffrey (Erin) Price, Jacob and Jordan and 10 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am.  Burial will be at Warrior City Cemetery, but there will be no graveside service. Brother Larry Hays will officiate.
