Shirley Faye Pugh of Warrior, Alabama passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the age of 78.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Myrtle Key; daughter, Frances Pugh; and brothers, Troy and Charles Key. She is survived by her children, Kimberly Pitchford (James), Roy Pugh and Ricky McIntyre; and grandchildren, Nathaniel Pugh and Haley Pitchford.

A visitation for Shirley will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Sunday, January 4, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Immediately following the funeral service, everyone will travel of their own accord to Walker Memory Gardens, where we will all reconvene graveside for a brief committal service prior to interment.
