Teresa Annette Pierce left this life for her Heavenly home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at age 60. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Jackey Pierce; one daughter, Shalina Scholl (Jason); three grandchildren, Kinsley, Kiley, and Kenady Scholl; mother, Jane Mayfield; one brother, Bennie Mayfield (Carla); one sister, Loretta White; two half-sisters, Kay Blackmon (Joe) and Melinda Hammond; nieces and nephews, Drew Mayfield, Cara Mayfield, and Cooper Moore; one uncle, Bobby Patton; and other extended family and friends. Teresa was preceded in death by her grandparents, J. B. "Dock" & Sybil McPherson and aunt, Faye Patton. Teresa's smile would light up a room and to know her was to love her. She loved riding her Harley with her friends as she made many lasting friendships along the way.. Teresa's unconditional love for her family made their lives special and it was apparent this was her goal. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at New Bethel Cemetery.
