Vera Mae Thomas, 82, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019.

Vera enjoyed sewing and baby dolls as well as walking around town with her granddaughter.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is preceded by her parents, four sisters, two brothers and one son.

She is survived by her husband William Lee Thomas; son, Tommy Hutchins (Dixie); granddaughter, Angel Collins (Richard); great grandchildren, Carson, Lilly, Anna, Jax, Stephanie, Katie and Macy; brother, Bobby Gaither and sister, Bonnie Sue, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

A visitation will be on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home from 10:00am to 12:00pm with funeral service  at 12:00pm, Carson McSherdon Sr. to officiate. Burial to follow at Bethlehem Cemetery.
