William Ray Loggins, age 67, of Jasper, AL, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021. William gave his heart to Jesus and was baptized on September 11, 2016. He worked for Vulcan Materials for many years. He loved to fish and play ball, and he loved his granddog, Sammy. William was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Wilson Loggins and Betty Loggins Doyle; wife, Debra Gail Loggins; and brother, Jerry Neil Loggins. He is survived by his wife, Myron Loggins; daughter, Alicia Gail Loggins; stepdaughter, Paula (Tom) Jennings; grandchildren, Raven Isabella Lamar, Justin McPeak, Alicia Graham, April Redwine; great-grandchildren, Jordyn McPeak and Charles Redwine; siblings, Edward (Kathy) Loggins, Betty Jean Hill, Charles Eugene Loggins, Shirley (Jerry) Russell, Bobbie Michael (Lisa) Loggins, Laura Elaine Loggins, Janice (Jerome) Cannon, Ronald (Melanie) Loggins, and Douglas Loggins; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. A visitation for William will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Monday, April 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Bangor Cemetery.
