William C. Pierce, 86, passed away at home surrounded by loving family on Thursday, August 8, 2019.

William was an Army veteran and was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Pearl Pierce; children, David (Rhonda) Pierce, Linda Speegle, Jackey (Teresa) Pierce, Nancy Camp; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

There will be a visitation on Sunday, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home, with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm.  Burial will be at New Bethel Cemetery with Billy Camp to officiate.

Pallbearers will be Shane Camp, Keith Brakefield, Richard Gajdos, Chris Owens, Brian Pharris and Dale Williamson.
