Dale Sloan, age 68, of Warrior, Alabama, passed away on September 17, 2019. Mr. Sloan was preceded in death by his father Ellie Sloan and brother Larry Sloan. He is survived by his mother Mildred Haywood, step-mother Vivian Sloan, daughters Candy Sloan and Michelle East (Randy), son Warren Sloan (Darrell), grandchildren Kyle Hodge (Katlyn), Kayla Payne (Derek), Sydney East, great-grandchildren Reagan Hodge, sisters Michelle Traweek (David and children), Wanda Hodges (Bud and children), and Jamie Tolbert (Jason and children). There will be a visitation for Dale at Messmer-Goodwin Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 18th, 2019, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, with funeral service beginning at 7:00. Burial, with no service planned, will be held at New Bethel Cemetery on Thursday, September 19th, 2019, at 11:00 AM.
