William " Bill" Wash, age, 78, of Gardendale, Alabama,  entered into eternal rest October 19, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Flora Bell Wash; brothers, Junior. Joe, and John Wash. He is survived by his wife, Carol Wash,; children,  Sherry (Steve) Boehm, Brian (Cheryl) Odom, Todd (Marsha) Majors; grandchildren, Kody (Tyler) Reece, Kristen Boehm, Jessica (Colby) Robertson, Sara Odom, Nick Odom, Brooke (Calvin) Hills,  Kennedy Taylor, Caroline Majors; three great-grandchildren; many beloved family and friends. Bill was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and adored spending time with his family. He loved his wife and spent many years taking care of her. He enjoyed a good cup of hot coffee, spending time deer hunting, and driving a truck. He was a "trucker" for life, and missed driving when he retired. Bill was quite a  jokester. Cracking jokes and making other people laugh and smile gave him great pleasure, enjoying the big smiles he put on other people's faces. He was a good man and loved by everyone who knew him.
