Willie Mae Hall, 100 years of age, passed away on August 25, 2022. Mae was born July 20, 1922, and lived in the Crestwood community in Birmingham, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Connie and Mary Allred; husband, Cyrus Arnold Hall; her son, Jerry Hall; and seven siblings. She is survived by her sisters, Mary (John) Debarr of Jacksonville, FL and Lois Bell of Gardendale, AL; brother-in-law, Hobert Henderson of Oneonta, AL; as well as several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mae's life will be held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home on Sunday, August 28. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
