Yvonne Young, best known as "Bunny" to her loved ones, and "Mrs. Young" to the Trafford community that has adored her for decades, walked through the gates of Heaven on Saturday, December 12, 2020. Mrs. Young was the matriarch of the family, and gracious leader of Young's Grocery for more than 50 years. She is best known for her unwavering generosity, fierce dedication to her family, and an unmatched work ethic. She was preceded in death by, and now rejoicing in Heaven with, her husband, Carl Young; father, Henry Farley; mother, Eva Mae Cook Farley; brother, Jack Farley and his wife, Glendora; and many others gone before. She is survived by her son, Timothy Dale Young (Carlene); daughter, Kimberly Elizabeth Young Hayes; grandchildren, Joshua Young (Amanda), Delana Young Roe (Joshua), and Blake Hayes (Tiffany); and great-grandchildren, Mason, Tenley and Charlie. Visitation for Mrs. Young will be held on Monday, December 14, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Love's Crossing Church of God, 10721 Love Ave. Trafford, AL 35172, followed by the funeral service beginning at 7:00 p.m. The family requests that anyone sick or not feeling well to please join us on Facebook Live at 7:00 p.m., on the Love's Crossing Facebook page.
